SS – Stainless steel Bag Filter Housing

Stainless Steel (SS) Bag Filter Housing is a high-performance filtration vessel designed to remove suspended solids, particulates, and contaminants from liquids in a wide range of industrial processes.
Built from SS 304 or SS 316L, these housings provide excellent mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and corrosion protection, making them ideal for aggressive fluids, high-pressure systems, and critical process applications.

Designed to accommodate Single or Multiple filter bags (typically 1 or 3 to 24 or more),
the multi-bag configuration significantly increases filtration surface area, supports higher flow rates, and extends service life between bag changes. Each filter bag is supported by a perforated stainless steel basket to prevent collapse during filtration.

The housing features a swing-bolt or davit-arm-assisted top cover, allowing for quick and safe access during filter replacement. Inlet and outlet connections are available in various formats including flanged, threaded, or tri-clamp, and can be customized to meet specific flow and piping requirements.

• Sealing Options: EPDM, Viton, PTFE, or silicone O-rings for chemical compatibility.

• Connections: Available in BSP/NPT threaded, flanged (ANSI/DIN), or sanitary tri-clamp fittings.

• Finish: Electro-polished or sandblasted internal and external surfaces for hygiene and corrosion resistance.

• Flow Rate: Ranges from 10 to 40 m³/h or more, depending on bag size and micron rating.
