TDS/Conductivity Monitor

CCT‑3320T is an inline, panel-mounted digital monitor designed for real-time measurement of water conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and temperature. It’s built for industrial water treatment, RO systems, boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater purification. This model offers high performance at excellent value, with automatic calibration, a compact form factor (48 × 96 × 80 mm), and a clean LCD interface.

Key Specifications

Measurement Parameters

  • Conductivity: Ranges over multiple scales depending on electrode constant (0.1, 1, 5, 10 cm⁻¹) for adaptability—from 0.5 µS/cm up to 19.99 mS/cm
  • TDS: Typically 0.25–999.9 ppm, extendable to 9.99 ppt with a high‑range electrode
  • Temperature: 0–50 °C with NTC10K compensation; accuracy ± 0.8 °C

Accuracy & Resolution

  • Conductivity/TDS: ±1.5% of full-scale
  • Display Resolution: Conductivity down to 0.01 µS/cm; TDS to 0.01 ppm; temperature 0.1 °C

Outputs & Controls

  • 4–20 mA isolated analog output: Fully programmable, reversible, compatible with PLC/SCADA; loop resistance up to 400 Ω, accuracy ±0.1 mA
  • Relay outputs: Not included in the T version—they appear blank on terminal panel

Electrode Compatibility

  • Supports multiple conductivity cell constants (0.1, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 cm⁻¹), selectable via the menu to accommodate everything from ultrapure to saline waters

Power & Installation

  • Power Supply: Standard AC 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz; alternate versions support AC 110 V or DC 24 V
  • Mounting: Panel-mounted (body 48×96×80 mm; cutout 44×92 mm); fast clip-style installation

Build & Display

  • High-contrast, purely white backlit LCD with easy-to-use panel interface

Reliability

  • Factory-calibrated, no internal potentiometers, housed in an EMC-compliant enclosure; designed for rugged industrial environments

Advantages of the 3320T Version

  • No relay control—ideal when only measurement is needed and control is handled separately.
  • Space-efficient design with a sleek, panel-mounted appearance.
  • Versatile range with selectable electrode constants to cover diverse water qualities.
  • Automation-friendly with isolated 4–20 mA output.
  • Durability: Digital temperature compensation, EMC design, no movable internal components.

Applications

  • Reverse osmosis and demineralized water systems
  • Cooling tower or boiler water monitoring
  • Wastewater or process water quality tracking
  • Integration with PLCs for real-time data logging
