JM Pleated Filter Cartridge

Pleated filter cartridges are high-efficiency depth filters designed to remove fine particles, sediments, and contaminants from liquids and gases. Available in a wide range of micron ratings and media types, these cartridges offer large surface area, high flow rates, and long service life due to their pleated construction.

To accommodate different housing types and sealing methods, pleated cartridges are offered with various end cap configurations, including:

End Cap Types:

DOE (Double Open End)

• Open on both ends, typically sealed with gaskets or O-rings
• Common in residential and industrial housings
• Easy to install and replace

FIN (Open End with Fin & Gasket)

• Top end has a fin (or spear) for alignment; bottom end has a flat gasket
• Often used in food and beverage or pharmaceutical applications

222 O-Ring

• Double O-ring bayonet connection for secure sealing
• Available with flat or fin end
• Suitable for high-purity and high-pressure systems
• Common in sanitary-grade housings

226 O-Ring

• Similar to 222 but with locking tabs for enhanced sealing
• Preferred in pharmaceutical, food, and biotech industries
• Available with flat or fin end options
