JM Jumbo Cartridge Filter Housing

Big Blue Jumbo Cartridge Filter Housing is a high-capacity, heavy-duty water filter housing designed to accommodate large-diameter cartridges (4.5″ width) in 10-inch or 20-inch lengths. Engineered for high flow rates and extended filtration life, this housing is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment applications.

Constructed from durable reinforced polypropylene, the housing offers excellent chemical resistance and long-term performance under a wide range of operating conditions. It is compatible with a variety of filtration media, including sediment, carbon block, granular activated carbon (GAC), and specialty cartridges.

Featuring large inlet/outlet ports (1″, or 1.5″ NPT/BSP), the Jumbo filter housing allows high flow rates with minimal pressure drop, making it perfect for whole-house water filtration systems, RO pre-filtration, and point-of-entry treatment. The cap is threaded with brass or stainless steel inserts for strength and leak-free performance, while an O-ring seal ensures a watertight closure.

Optional accessories such as a mounting bracket, wrench, and pressure relief valve enhance ease of use and maintenance.

The single stage unit includes one Big Blue filter housing and is ideal for basic filtration needs such as sediment removal, carbon filtration, or specific chemical treatment. It is typically used as a pre-filter or standalone whole-house water filter.

🔵Double Stage Housing

The double stage configuration includes two housings connected in series, allowing for multi-stage filtration — for example, a sediment filter followed by a carbon filter. This setup ensures enhanced water clarity, odor/taste removal, and protection of downstream systems.

🔵Triple Stage Housing

The triple stage system offers comprehensive filtration using three cartridges in series. It is ideal for applications requiring multiple levels of treatment such as sediment filtration, chlorine/chloramine removal, and heavy metal or microbial reduction. This setup is commonly used in high-demand residential systems, commercial kitchens, and industrial process water treatment.
